The simple electronic signature without identity verification comes to Mifiel

Mifiel's priority is to ensure not only legal compliance, but also the evidentiary strength of the documents. But  what happens when you have a document that is not likely to go to court and therefore does not require evidence? 
For these cases, Mifiel now has simple electronic signature without identity verification
 available. This way, without the need for an e.signature or biometric verification processes with their official identification, your signers will be able to sign the documents you require in the blink of an eye. All you have to do is review the document, enter your full name, confirm it, press a button and that's it!
The signature without identity verification is intended to be used only on documents that have no legal impact but which, due to policies, your company requires to have signed, such as documents for internal use. However, it complies with the legal requires
 of an electronic signature in Mexico: the exchange of keys and passwords, and the express consent to consider such exchange as a functional equivalent of an autograph signature.
