Signers with biometric verification will not need to repeat their identification verification
To improve the experience of signing multiple documents with biometric verification, we implemented an improvement that will simplify the process for signers. From now on, signers who use biometric verification to sign several documents in the same process
will only have to verify their official identification once, on the first document
.Our priority is to guarantee the evidentiary force of the signatures and the evidence obtained. Therefore, this improvement will only be available to signers if the
documents to be signed come from the same manager
and if they complete their signatures within 24 hours of verifying their identity
.It should be noted that, although it is not necessary to repeat the identification verification on each document, the signers must perform the verification of their face for each document in the process, thus guaranteeing the authenticity of each signature.
With this update, we seek to simplify and streamline the process of signing multiple documents, eliminating the need to repeat the identification verification every time, provided that the above conditions are met.
